Consultation and Quote Process

When you schedule a consultation with us:

• All consultations are provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase
• You authorize us to contact you via phone, email, or text message at the contact information provided
• Information you provide will be used to generate accurate insurance quotes and recommendations
• Quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to underwriting approval
• Final policy terms, rates, and coverage are determined by the insurance carrier

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when:

• Completing insurance applications
• Communicating about your health, lifestyle, and insurance needs

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or claim denial by the insurance carrier. We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Travel Rewards Program

Eligible policyholders may receive access to complimentary hotel stay vouchers at participating destinations worldwide:

• Travel rewards are provided through a third-party program and are subject to that program's terms and conditions
• Availability of destinations and accommodations may vary and is subject to change
• Travel rewards are complimentary hotel stays only and do not include airfare, meals, or other travel expenses
• Blackout dates, booking restrictions, and other limitations may apply
• Travel rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred
• Eligibility for travel rewards depends on policy status and carrier participation

Royalty Life Insurance is not responsible for the administration, fulfillment, or quality of the travel rewards program. All questions and issues regarding travel rewards should be directed to the program administrator.

Fees and Commissions

Our consultation and quote services are provided at no cost to you. As an independent insurance broker, we receive commissions from insurance carriers when policies are issued. These commissions do not increase the cost of your insurance premium.
